Event details: Normally, a one day ticket to the Georgia Aquarium is nearly $75 with fees and taxes.  Atlanta Prime Timers is subsidizing this event, and we are making tickets available for only $30 to our members. However, you must register and pay by September 10 so that we can get the group rate.

The Georgia Aquarium is the largest aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. It holds 11 million gallons of water and is home to tens of thousands of animals across its various exhibits. The aquarium is known for its unique exhibits, including the Ocean Voyager, which houses whale sharks and manta rays, and its commitment to aquatic research and animal care. 

Parking:  Pre-paid parking is available in lots adjacent to the Aquarium for $15.  You can request a parking pass (or not) when you register for this event.  Day-of parking in those same lots will be $25.

We recommend that you either carpool and park in nearby lots or take MARTA to the Peachtree Center Station or the Civic Center Station and walk 10 minutes to the Aquarium. Click here for directions to and parking at the Aquarium.
